European Business Manager
Graham is the team’s European Business Manager responsible for the delivery and coordination of the network’s services in relation to business cooperation, internationalisation and EU information requirements for regional business.
In practice this means assisting companies to find prospective European contacts for sales, supply, distribution, agency and any other aspects of business cooperation that can assist North East business. In conjunction with European partner organisations Graham enables companies to engage in overseas business matchmaking events, trade fairs and exhibitions.
On secondment from Regional Development Agency One NorthEast Graham has a background in both public and private sector and has worked closely with regional business and the European Commission for many years. A CIPS professional he has worked with business on ecommerce and supply chain issues and has also led several groups of both regional and national companies to International business contact events not only in Europe, but also India and China.
