Lindsay Gill
Communications Executive
Lindsay Gill is responsible for communications at the Enterprise Europe Network for North East England, promoting the teams high-value services. Working closely with innovation grant application experts, Lindsay also applies her knowledge of science and technology to contribute to reviewing and helping clients to strengthening their R&D grant proposals.
Lindsay heads up communication and dissemination activities on NanoHex, a large FP7 European research and development project aiming to develop high performance nanotechnology-based coolants for use industrial applications.
Graduating with a BSc Honours in Biology and Science Communication, Lindsay specialises in the communication of science to a lay audience and has gained previous experience of science journalism with a number of organisations, including the BBC. A background in both public and private sector work, Lindsay has also gained valuable experience in Marketing, managing brand activity and customer communications.
